- Only valid for ONLINE BOOKINGS. Appointments made on the phone will not be eligible.
- Not valid for appointment with the clinic’s director. Appts made with clinic’s director will be canceled without prior notice.
- We operate on a 24 hours notice cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment please give us 24 hours notice so that we can offer you a more convenient time and avoid a charge. If you do not attend the appointment or cancel the appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a charge the equivalent of the full fee of your appointment will be applied and any pre-payments forfeited.
- If you're more than 15 minutes late for your appointment your therapist reserves the right to refuse to see you.
- Cancellations requested via email on Saturdays after 12pm and on Sundays won't be addressed until Monday, which will count as less than a 24hrs notice and you might be subjected to pay the full price of your consultation.
- We offer full refunds to clients that have made pre-payments. However, if a refund is requested less than 24 hours from the appointment the refund is forfeited as it breaches our 24 hours notice cancellation policy.
- All refunds must be requested in writing via email. Please email enquiries@cbrclinics.com to request yours. - Once the request has been received we will process your refund within the next 5 working days.
